These Terms of Use govern your use of the National Truck Finance ("NTF," "we," "us") website. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Informational site

This site provides general information about NTF in-house financing and trucks offered by RCI Trucks. Nothing on this site is an offer or commitment to lend, a guarantee of credit approval, or a contract. Financing is subject to credit approval and to the terms of a written agreement signed by you and NTF.

2. Listings, prices and specifications

Truck listings, photos, prices, mileage, specifications, availability and example payments are provided for convenience, come from RCI Trucks inventory, and are subject to change without notice. They may contain errors or be out of date. Please verify all details with RCI Trucks before relying on them or making a purchase decision. Trucks are sold as described in the applicable purchase documents.

3. Third-party links

This site links to RCITrucks.com and may link to other third-party sites, including for inventory and the online credit application. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

4. Intellectual property

The NTF name, logo, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and print content for your personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy, modify, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, use automated tools to scrape it, or submit false or misleading information.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the courts located in California, unless a separate financing agreement says otherwise.
